Another year at the Masters.

Every year around this time, I get in my car and head to Augusta to help my good friend Dave Snyder cook at The Masters. While heading there I stopped for some coffee and thought this sign was very appropriate.

Actually it’s a fun time, get to work with some great Chefs I haven’t seen all year and a credit to Dave, a pleasure to work.

First day working the Masters

Got to work in a beautiful outdoor kitchen one night, this one rivaled some restaurant kitchen...wonder what their indoor kitchen was like! This area was so large that when it started raining, we just picked up the dining table by the pool and brought it inside, great teamwork.

Masters Golf Amuse

For the past two years now I've been cooking dinner at the MLB house, this year I was also doing breakfast for them. Today they had Everything Bagel Smoked Salmon Wrap and Spinach & Feta...oh and of course, BACON! Great bunch of guys! And to answer the question that will always be asked, no there weren't any players.

The last day at the Masters. Got the kitchen all cleaned, the car all packed and I'm ready to head home. Till next year.
